This is what the Scottish Highlands should look like without the artificial imposition of grouse, sheep and deer. This is what the Highlands would look like if humanity hadn’t usurped Nature over centuries by removing apex predators and exploiting the land, possibly beyond repair.

This is a special place. This is one of the planet’s great places, and when the light is in, it is truly breathtaking.
