A third image from up in the Lowther Hills near the old mining villages of Leadhills and Wanlockhead in the Southern Uplands of the Scottish Borders. The small, abandoned cottage of Lowther stands nestling in an isolated valley beside the small burn of Shortcleuch Water, with the high rounded summits rising moodily behind.
